<5% : Green, eh...something to note (there is an impact calculation here as well....high confidence, low impact events will not be upgraded in watch status regardless of the confidence level...it needs to generate >1 inch of snow)
5 -14%: Yellow, Stormy's beginning to take interest
15%+ : Orange, expect expanded Stormy coverage, blog will be initiated
40%+ : Red, get your shovels ready
One "*" for every 4 inches of maximum potential
